By choosing to pre-order, you not only guarantee yourself early access to our re-stock of all our beautiful pieces, but also play a crucial role in supporting our small business. Your pre-orders help us gauge demand and plan our inventory accordingly, ensuring that we can continue to provide you with the high-quality jewellery you love.

What to Expect

When you click the "Pre-Order Now" button, you'll notice that the product description states that the item will ship in approximately two weeks. This timeframe allows us to craft each piece with care and attention to detail, ensuring that it meets our exacting standards before it reaches your doorstep.

Our Commitment to You

While we strive to ship all pre-orders within two weeks, please note that there may be instances where your order is dispatched a little bit later, or possibly even sooner! Rest assured, we're working tirelessly behind the scenes to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. Please note 2 weeks is 14 working days, weekends not included. 

Confirmation & Shipping Emails

After placing your pre-order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. This email serves as a receipt and confirms that your pre-order has been successfully placed. A few weeks later, once your pre-order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a shipping email. This email notifies you that your pre-ordered items are on their way to you.

Mixed Orders

Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will wait until all items are available before shipping your order. This is because you have only paid for postage once, and combining shipments helps us keep costs down for you. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
